Provided 24/7 phone and chat line services to association members from coast-to-coast. “Addressed immediate needs, immediately”. To create a common baseline, designed employer-to-employee communications [eg: Let’s Talk©]. Developed Vision, Values and behavioral Statements for the association using a 12 members/employers task group. Conducted training workshops and train-the-trainer workshops for the HR managers of the association members.
Our 15 year involvement with this national client has kept them at the leading edge of Human Resources/Positive Employee Relations strategies. We assisted the association in replacing ourselves by designing and recruiting staff for a two person HR and Training function. The industry is much less unionized that it was 15 years ago.
